We wish everyone a Happy Christmas and look forward to seeing you all back safely in the new year on Monday 4th January 2016!

Swift Christmas Crafts!
So as the countdown to Christmas begins, we decided to bring some Christmas fun into the Swift class and spread some Christmas cheer! We made some chocolate Christmas trees using KitKat bars (the staff were very impressed but mostly because of the scraps left to nibble on...unfortunately Mr Adams missed out!) We even decoated some felt templates using fabric pens and GLITTER!! Lets see what tomorrow brings...big thanks to Mrs Stubley and Mrs Carey for coming up with these ingenius ideas. What would Miss Sangha do without them hey? :)
Baubles Backstage...
Here are some pictures from last night's performance of Baubles. Thanks to all those of you who contributed to the show and we hope that those of you that managed to see it enjoyed it :)

Christmas Dinner...
A few of the children enjoying their Christmas dinner today with their special Christmas hats, of course!
Christmas cards from the Crayons!
Nightingales class have been busy this week creating our own book based on 'The Day the Crayons Quit' by Drew Daywalt and Oliver Jeffers.
We decided to write Christmas cards as the crayons, thinking about what type of activity each colour would have enjoyed over the festive period, and if they would have been happy or sad!
We illustrated our cards and bound it all together, made a front cover and a blurb.
We think it looks brilliant! Well done Nightingales for all your hard work this term!

It's Rehearsal Time!
We were very busy on Friday morning rehearsing and rehearsing in preparation for our whole school Christmas show. This year the show is called 'Baubles' and is based on the tale of the Elves and the shoemaker. We've replaced the shoemaker with a certain site manager and the Elves getting up to mischief are Kestrels class. Everyone gets a to do a little something and we look forward to seeing you at one of our performances. We will be filming it this year once again.
