Year 2 nature hunt

Year 2 have been learning about the life cycle of the frog. They hunted for frogs and frogspawn in the pond area and found lots of newts too!

Science project

This term we are finding out about Growing things in Year 1. Today we have talked about why we grow plants and what we can do with different plants. Do we use them for food? For dyeing clothes? For medicines? Can you make a list of plants and what they are grown for?

TESCO VOUCHERS!

We are now collecting Tesco vouchers for schools and clubs! Please help support us by collecting as many as you can - last year we raised a record amount and the vouchers were able to provide us with lots of really good things like a fairy tale castle and a suit of Roman armour!
