Thank you so very much and have a wonderful weekend.
Kingfisher's Home Learning
This week Kingfisher class have been looking at the story The Gruffalo. We have had great fun reading the story, learning a Gruffalo song and looking at the habitats of the animals from the story.
Take a look at these fantastic pictures from one of our clever Kingfisher's home learning.
She made Gruffalo Crumble, Roasted Fox, Scrambled Snake, Owl Potato and Owl ice cream. They look delicious!
ARTY Owls #SpringScenes
This week in Art year 5 have been reflecting individually on how they see spring.
Below we have some of the drawings / paintings which have been created.

Steps & Books
Good Afternoon,
I hope you have all had a wonderful half term and are excited to be coming back to school on the 8th March.
We have all been working really hard to get our steps up in order to complete our Great Wall of China challenge.
Currently, we have walked...
1600 miles
This means we are only 545 miles away from our target. We still the weekend to go and some miles have not yet been counted on our (very comprehensive) spreadsheet.
We cannot thank you enough for the contributions you have made to our children and we are really excited to be able to give these books out. However, we are still a few books away from meeting our target. If you are able to contribute a book or two and help us get to our total of 270, it would be massively appreciated. The link to the books is below

Here is what Jays class have been getting up to trying to boost our miles:
Massive shoutout to Sammy in Jays class who has decided to join in with this challenge - he has been walking miles at the weekend to help us reach our target. Thank you Sammy!
