Cinderella



A group of staff and pupils enjoyed an afternoon at the ballet, yesterday. The English National Ballet were at the Mayflower performing their production of Cinderella. For a lot of us, this was the first experience of this type and production and it was really enjoyable!

Roman Invasion


Roman invaders have been sighted in the area! Or is it Year 4 starting their new topic and trying on some of the replica armour we have in school at the moment? This half-term we will be finding out about just what the Romans did for us.

Flyover Bitterne Manor Primary



Year 4 were waiting excitedly for an expected fly over of a new experimental aircraft due from Eastleigh airport this morning. The plane, made almost entirely of paper, is designed to be more environmentally friendly than other aircraft. There are issues with it's safety, particularly in wet and windy conditions. If you would like further information about the plane, it is called a "Foolscap 1410".
