A very heart felt poem :)

 A very special poem has been produced by one of our Owls, it made me smile and will make you smile too :) 

Our Kingfishers are working hard

Well done to all our Kingfishers who are attending school due to their parents being critical workers.  They have also been accessing the online learning and completing the set tasks.

They have taken part in the number and letter formation activities as well as learning their key words.  Kingfishers, if you know your current set of key words, the next three sets are on our home learning page.

Don't you think they have done a super job.  We are very proud of you and how hard you are working.

Our Kingfishers have enjoyed the phonics tasks, especially the sound and word hopscotch.

All of our Kingfishers, at home and school are being so amazing.  Keep it up!

Kestrels 'Wellness' Activities

 Kestrels have been working SO hard this week on all their online Maths, English, Science, History etc...it has been really super to see the amount of effort they are putting in and their resilience in solving problems independently....

...but, we have also been encouraging them to think about their mental wellbeing and engage in some activities away from the screen.  Here are just a few photos of some of the amazing things they have been up to...

Dazzling Ducklings Hall of Fame!

Wow we have been so impressed with Ducklings and all their home learning fun! As our youngest members of the school they make us SO proud!! Please take a look below:

This amazing Duckling has been enjoying lots of activities including becoming a palaeontologist and digging out dinosaur bones from playdough to make dinosaurs as well as making a fab snowman animation!

This super Duckling has been completing some great number work as well as acting out 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt' with his family! Did you spot a bear at the end!?

This amazing Duckling has been very busy creating amazing bears!

This fab Duckling has had lots of fun ordering her teddies into size order and having a tea party with them!

This super Duckling has been busy enjoying the outside with bubbles and sunny walks collecting daisies!

This amazing Duckling has created a brilliant winter picture and she has been enjoying her own teddy bear's picnic!

 Kestrels have been learning about Ancient Greek pottery. They have researched and sketched their different forms and have been practising using shading techniques to draw 3D objects.
