Incredible writing in Kestrels

For World Book Day this year, Year 6 chose to read and enjoy the book 'Way Home' by Libby Hathorn. It's a fantastic story and year 6 have produced some amazing narrative poems, capturing the character, language and atmosphere of the book. Today, they have published their poems in the style of the original book; with torn pages and illustrations. The end results look incredible and are also, importantly,superb poems to read.
