Year 5 had a very busy morning writing their scripts for "Beowulf - the play", in preparation to perform it to our friends and family next week. The children worked in groups of 5 to turn a chapter of the the story into one scene, which they will perform. They will also need to consider the costumes and props for their scene. It has been wonderful to see them working as a team and to hear them use the language of saxon warriors!
