Year 2's Secrets of a Successful Learner
Year 2 had a great start to the new term learning how to learn! We thought about what makes a good learner and completed a group challenge to build the tallest free-standing tower of straws! Finally, we set ourselves a challenging target for this half term and we are going to use our "Secrets of a successful learner" to make sure that we achieve them.
Challenging year 6!
Year 6 worked extremely hard today to complete their challenges. We looked at how to be a successful learner and solve challenges and then the class put together the most fantastic description of 'challenge'. The children all worked hard to set their own challenges for this term and I will be keeping a check on who completes them! Good luck year 6!
Year 1 face the challenge!
Year 1 faced the group challenge of building the tallest tower from junk modelling and straws! This afternoon we all set ourselves individual challenges to try and achieve by the end of this half term.
