"We learn something new every day..."

I should have realised by now never to question the ambition of our children to learn new things and, in this case, the ambition of Golden Eagles to achieve the impossible! We were sharing some of Year 2's work on birds of prey and I genuinely thought this picture in one child's work was the Eagle hitching a ride... how wrong was I! As it was pointed out to me: "We never stop learning - we learn something new every day!" That made me feel quite proud!

PGL Update...

What fantastic weather they're all having this week on the 'Costa del PGL'! The picture below is a mystery - I think I can work out who two of them are behind the fencing masks...?

Whilst most of Year 6 have been away at PGL, some have been busy programming their own computer games! We have been super resilient and have even written our own background music...

PGL Updates...

 A few more pictures form our visit today... abseiling, mountain biking and something called the 'giant swing'?!? I'm sure they'll tell you all about it when they get back!

PGL Update...

All is well at PGL! They've arrived safely and after a good night's sleep (It's true - apparently!), the children are all doing well and enjoying their activities today. I'll be visiting tomorrow so will bring back some more pictures. I'm sure they're all missing us a lot...

We're off to PGL!

Year 6 have left for their residential at PGL, Osimington Bay, near Weymouth! The weather is looking fantastic for them and we're sure they're going to have a great time. We'll try and keep you posted here as and when we get any updates.
