An Owl who is working hard !

This Owl has produced amazing work for her Malala Yousafzai tasks and here are some of the pieces of work;

Robins have been giving Alan Tichmarsh a run for his money

Good afternoon!

This afternoon, Robins group A have been learning all about garden plants. We learnt some of the names of common garden plants including:

  • Buddleia
  • Dahlia
  • Heather
  • Poppy
  • Primula
  • Sunflower
  • Fuschia
  • Iris
  • Lily
  • Pansy
  • Rose

We then designed our own gardens and drew pictures of the plants we liked the most. See if you can guess which plants we have drawn!

Amelia's dream garden (I love her primula and her fuschias!)

Aneurin added some apple trees to his garden!

Eqaan has some wonderful lupins in her garden.

Kiya decided she wanted lots of poppies.

Somaya has some roses, a pansy and a sunflower in her garden.

Well done, Robins! These are truly amazing and have inspired me to get gardening!

More FAB work from Jolly Jays!

These Jolly Jays have been busy! With our English this week focusing on World Ocean Day - Jays have been busy getting creative and designing their very one fish!

The hard work never stops for these amazing minds!

Pop Art

Kestrels are looking at Pop Art this half term.  Can you tell who has created this fabulous self-portrait in this very distinctive style?!

Curious Creatures

Well done to these 2 kestrels who have been using their home learning time to find out all about curious creatures which have become extinct in relatively recent times.  Fabulous work guys- keep it up!

Some fabulous maths work

Good morning!

I hope you are all having an excellent weekend. I have been sent some wonderful maths work from one of my amazing Robins! The children were set a task to sort short, tall and equal animals into their own jungles.

This Robin did this, coloured all of her animals in and then came up with some new vocabulary she could use instead of tall and short. I am so impressed (and surprised to see so many of teeth gone since lockdown!)

Well done, you. This is incredible.
