SUPER Swifts keep sharing!
Since my last post, which wasn't very long ago, I received another email from a SUPER Swift sharing all the fabulous things that they have been up to! This super Swift has been continuing her learning and working through the work set, dancing (You look great) and being very creative with her writing (Super cute poem)
SUPER Swifts LOVE learning!
Hello! What a strange week it has been for everyone...none the less, just know that we are here for you all - children and parents. Our website is being updated regularly where teachers are putting up things daily for children to access so please do head over to the class pages and explore!
As for my SUPER Swift class, I received a lovely surprise today where a parent shared some fabulous learning going on during this first week. Check out the wonderful things that this super Swift has been up to...this has put a HUGE smile on my face, thank you!
Maths pack being used effectively!
Planting his parsley seed sent home!
Planting sunflower seeds for his neighbours - what a great act of kindness!
Reading in the sun :)
Building a rainbow with a Santa on top - how creative, I love it!
Please do share anything that the Swifts are up to because I would love to see and hear from them all. You can do this by sending things through to the class email account: swifts@bitternemanor.net. I've even set up an electronic diary where I'll be sharing my thoughts/things that I've been up to keep in touch with the class. We can MOTIVATE each other :) You can access this and all the other resources by visiting the school website, selecting the 'about us - home learning - class pages - swifts - swift resources (under the home learning heading)'
Look forward to hearing from you, stay safe :)

Penny Wars Results
The results came in just before we closed and while the prize has been won it will have to wait to be claimed for obvious reasons! The children do know the result but here is the amazing total that we all managed to raise below. What an astounding effort and good fun too! Thank you!
And the winner is:
JAYS!
More fabulous home learning from kestrels!
It was lovely to see lots more examples of kestrels home learning yesterday. It's great to see that some of you are using your revision books and packs, some of you are having a go at the tasks we've set on our class pages and some of you are coming up with your own ideas at home. Whatever you have chosen to do, it's all fabulous learning - a huge well done from us. Keep motivated, keep learning and keep sharing with us!!

Clever Kingfishers
Wow! I am blown away by all the learning Kingfishers have been doing at home. Thank you for sharing!
Some of you have been thinking about 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' and making all the food in the story out of play dough (I love the ice cream and water melon). Another Kingfisher has been learning about the life cycle of a caterpillar.
Someone has been busy making a cake for mummy's birthday (Happy Birthday Mum), but has also been doing daily workouts with Joe Wicks (these are making me ache!).
